Kmart #3982 Lemoore, CA Final Update!!!

This will be the final blog post on this Kmart location before it closes TODAY 1/6/19!!! You can see my previous blog post on this location Here! This location still had a good bit of merchandise left to be sold with only 4 days left. I would estimate that they still had about 40% of the merchandise left to be sold. During my last visit here they had put clothing racks inside the former Little Caesars but on this visit it was cluttered with stuff they found in the stockroom that belongs to the store that they are selling. Lots of the gondolas were empty and blocked off with yellow caution tape. This location still had pallets of Christmas decorations still available here on my visit three days after New Years. This Kmart is located in a town that doesn't have much in the way of competitors as the closest Walmart is in Hanford about 8 miles away and they Kmart is only department store in town. Well enough talking lets get on to the tour!

That will do it for this closing Kmart tour in Lemoore, CA. This Kmart will be closing on 1/6/19 for the final time with dozens of other locations in the US. I wish everyone who is effected by these store closures well and hope that they find a new job soon. I really hope the Sears/Kmart can emerge from bankruptcy and be a better and stronger company. I will stop by some time to get post closing pictures from this location and they will make it up on the blog at some point.
