Sears #2068 Visalia, CA Closing Closing Tour!

Welcome to this mouth's blog post! This is the closing Sears in Visalia, CA located inside the Sequoia Mall. For some reason they built two malls on the same road within a mile of each other and this mall is the smaller and less busy of the two. Sears and Hobby Lobby (former Mervyn's) are the major anchors with Regal Cinemas and a furniture store as minor anchors. The indoor mall is small and has quite a few vacancy's. This was a company owned Sears location but in late 2018 they sold out to the developer that currently owns the rest of the mall. Plans have been submitted to the city for a new Regal Cinemas to be built behind the mall but so far nothing is planned for the Sears space. This Sears location has the current signage all around the mall.  Let's get to the pictures!

This is a short blog update from the closing Visalia, CA Sears! This location has to be the smallest Sears I've been too in a long time. I'm not sure what the SF is but it seemed small to me. The last day of business will be February 2, 2020 for this location. I wish the employees that well be losing their jobs well and I hope they can find a better job elsewhere. I more than likely will not make it back here before they close but I have visited the closing Sears in Fresno that will be the next update coming to the blog.
